We are building a new team and hiring a Solutions Sales Consultant who enjoys both the relationship building and the demonstrated technical aspect of selling a digital solution to potential clients. We are seeking a person who can identify customer's pain points and present an accurate solution to solve the problem. This is an excellent role if you're a "tech geek" at heart who loves technology but would rather be in a client facing role explaining & demonstrating all the awesomeness of our revolutionary technology and how it can improve their supply chain processes.

  • Support Sales team to identify business opportunity by meeting corporate customers
  • Understand client needs and determine how Blume’s solutions will provide value and (help) architect the proposed solution accordingly.
  • Build and deliver detailed and high-level product demonstrations, including demonstrations based on customer data.
  • Work with internal and external parties on solution design and project implementation
  • Provide on-going Products training to internal
  • Identify new feature opportunities/ product enhancements to meet customers' needs
  • Previous experience in a solutions/pre-sales, implementation or account management capacity, ideally in SaaS software and/or supply chain, transportation, or logistics management industry
  • Experience driving sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Ability to learn and pick up on our products and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Must possess a problem-solving attitude and have strong analytical supply chain skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience selling solutions consisting of multiple components not always sold in the same way and not always sold together
  • Flexible and enthusiastic, can-do mentality
Your qualifications / experience also includes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent training in business or verifiable sales account management experience
  • Industry experience in transportation, or logistics management industry is preferred
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Multilingual is a preferable
  • Candidate with less experience & qualification will be considered as Associate Consultant
